SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. During peak periods, processing time may take 3–5 business days.
2. Shipping Methods
We ship via:
– DHL Paket
– DPD
3. Delivery Times
– Germany: 2–4 business days
– EU countries: 3–7 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and the destination.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of the order, the delivery address, and the selected carrier.
5. Tracking
Once the order is shipped, the customer receives a tracking number by email.
6. Damaged Shipments
If the product arrives damaged, the customer must notify us within 48 hours and provide photographic evidence. A replacement will be sent after the carrier confirms the damage.
7. Incorrect Address
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, reshipping costs must be covered by the customer.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
1. Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)
Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
Regulated by § 355 BGB.

2. Exclusions from Return
According to § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 3 BGB, the following items cannot be returned:
– opened cosmetic products;
– products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once the seal is broken;
– any products that have come into contact with skin, hair, or body;
– items no longer in original, sealed condition.
3. Return Conditions
A return is accepted only if:
– the product has not been used;
– the product is in its original, unopened packaging;
– all accessories are intact.
4. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, a refund will be issued within 3–7 business days using the original payment method.
The refund amount may be reduced if the product is damaged or used (§ 357 Abs. 7 BGB).
5. Return Shipping Costs
According to § 357 Abs. 6 BGB:
– the customer bears the cost of return shipping if the product is not defective;
– if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, return shipping is free of charge.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receipt and provide documentation. After confirmation, either a refund or replacement is issued.
7. Order Cancellation Before Shipment
If the order has not yet been handed over to the shipping carrier, the customer may cancel it and receive a full refund, according to § 312g BGB.
